    We take our inspiration from the regional cuisine, and add a hint of exoticism and creativity from world, vegetarian and raw-food cooking styles.
    We prioritize short supply chains in order to contribute to the local economy.
    In addition, we are surrounded by local producers: vegetables (in addition to our own), bread, cheeses, eggs, free-range chicken, honey, herbal teas and wines.

    We all eat together, at the same table, which always makes for a pleasant meal!
